When you log in to you dashboard you will find an amazing array of information.
Find the download button to look back on all of your recent downloads. If you are having trouble with downloading please email us teach@alphabettree.com.au
Can I download my files multiple times?
Yes, you are free to download if you can’t find the file or need to redownload. We do not place any restrictions on how many times you can download, but the product you purchase will expire from your dashboard within 6 months of purchase. Please remember these are for personal use and not to share amongst colleagues. Please check with individual vendors in regards to multiple or school use.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads we do not offer a refund. If there is a concern about what you received please email the vendor or email us teach@alphabettree.com.au
